These Terms of Use apply to your use of Bexa AI and its related applications, services, and websites (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and OneXGen Technology LLC, a Jakarta-based company (“OneXGen”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

OneXGen Technology LLC is a technology company specializing in artificial intelligence and software development. For more information, visit https://onexgen.com.

2. Registration and Access

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). If under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Registration: You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If registering on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

3. Using Our Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Infringe or violate others’ rights.
• Reverse engineer, extract, or scrape data or content.
• Falsely represent AI-generated content as human-created.
• Develop competing models using our Services.
• Disrupt or harm our platform or users.

4. Content

You may provide input (“Input”) and receive output (“Output”) from the Services. Together, they are referred to as “Content.”

• Ownership: You own your Input and, to the extent permitted by law, also own your Output. We assign any rights we may have in Output to you.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring it complies with the law.
• Use of Content: We may use Content to maintain and improve our Services, enforce policies, and comply with the law.
• Opt-Out: You may request to opt out of data training via support.

5. Accuracy

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, biased, or misleading. You agree:

• Not to rely on Output as a sole source of truth.
• To review and evaluate Output before sharing or using it.
• Not to use Output for legal, financial, or medical decisions about others.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate third-party tools and APIs. We are not responsible for their content or behavior. Their use is governed by their own terms.

7. Software

We may provide downloadable apps or software, which may include open-source components and auto-updates. Usage is governed by applicable licenses.

8. Corporate Accounts

Accounts registered with a company domain may be transferred to that organization. Admins may gain access and control over such accounts.

9. Feedback

By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free right to use it for improving our Services.

10. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all rights related to our Services. You may not use our branding except under our official guidelines.

11. Payments

• Billing: If you subscribe, you must provide valid billing information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Price Changes: You will be notified 30 days in advance of any subscription fee changes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Inactive free accounts may also be deleted after 12 months.

13. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. You will be notified in advance where applicable.

14. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about their accuracy, security, or reliability.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total you paid in the previous 12 months.

16. Indemnity

If you are a business or organization, you agree to indemnify OneXGen Technology LLC against legal claims arising from your use of our Services.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

19. General Terms

• Changes: We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced with 30 days’ notice.
• Trade Compliance: You must comply with export control and sanctions laws.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and OneXGen Technology LLC.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
